Customer Service Representative
Full Time • San Antonio, TX
We are growing! We are a customer and employee focused industry company. We are interviewing for an experienced CSR with 2 years of experience. Monday-Friday. Paid vacation and holidays. Full time (40 hrs weekly) $13.50 an hour plus weekly bonus opportunity. The position requires phone, sales and computer skills, scheduling, customer satisfaction resolution, and date entry.

- Respond to a variety of customers via phone, email and other communication channels
- Help build relationships with our customers and provide an experience beyond their expectations
- Proven experience to listen effectively and communicate solutions to customers both orally and through written communication in a positive manner
- Ability to multi-task while maintining integrity and quality of service to our customers
- Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
- Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience with one company
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English
- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Must possess a passion to help customers and team members
- Valid driver license

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
